The Homecoming has been my very favorite Christmas movie since I was a little girl. I watch it every Christmas Eve.

The Brady Bunch

I just loved this show when I was a little girl. I still enjoy seeing reruns. "The Brady Bunch" first aired in 1969 and ran thru 1974. I hope you have enjoyed my little tribute to a few old classics. It's been fun posting about each one. There are several more that I love, but will have to save them for another week!

Leave It To Beaver

Another great classic that I enjoyed watching(and still do!) is Leave It To Beaver. You never knew what sort of adventures "Theodore"Beaver" Cleaver was going to be into. He was an all-american boy!

The Andy Griffith Show

This is a favorite classic that Mike and I enjoy watching together. What fun it would have been to lived in "Mayberry"! Deputy Barney will keep you laughing! Be sure and watch the video clip below-Barney "thinks" he knows the Constitution of the United States! I promise you will be laughing!!

The Waltons

I've done a post in the past about this beloved television show. It has always been one of my favorites! I have been collecting all the seasons on DVD. I remember looking forward to watching this show back in the 70's. It came on Thursday nights. How many of you watched the Waltons?

This show first aired in 1961. It stars Dick Van Dyke and Mary Tyler Moore.

I Love Lucy

I've decided to dedicate my blogging this week to some of my old favorite T.V. classics. They sure dont make television shows like they used to! I'm not into reality t.v. much, so I'm thankful that I have TVLand to watch!
I'm starting with my all time favorite classic: "I Love Lucy". The show first aired on October 15,1951 and hasnt been off since!The show stars Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, Vivian Vance and William Frawley.
