Fall Fun

This past weekend, Mike and I spent the weekend with Ashley,Shaun and the girls. Mike and Shaun worked on a handyman project while Ashley and I did a little downtown shopping. The girls dressed up in their halloween costumes Saturday night for their church fall festival. Avery is Rapunzel and Maitland went as Maity Mouse. We had a good time and hated to see the weekend come to an end.

I spent the weekend with Cowgirl Jessie!

Yo-da-la-de-hoo!!! What a fun weekend it was! I headed to Ashley and Shaun's early Saturday morning so I could go with them to take Avery to a couple of fall festivals. Avery was so cute!! She LOVED being Cowgirl Jessie! She even won a costume contest at one of the festivals!

It was also Ashley's birthday today, so we all went to lunch after church this morning to celebrate.

Wordless Wednesday

It's my favorite time of the year!

I look forward to this time of year every year!! "FALL"! I love being outside and enjoying the cooler weather and seeing all the beautiful fall colors. I love pumpkins and mums, candles, candy corn, the changing colors of the leaves, the fallen leaves on the ground, pumpkin bread, the beautiful harvest moon(which I gazed at last night, it was beautiful!),hot spiced tea or hot chocolate, fall carnivals and Countryfest, Halloween, trick or treaters, pumpkin patch, Thanksgiving,anything that is fall, I love it!!

Pumpkin Patch Fun

Last weekend, Shaun,Ashley and Avery came up for the weekend. I planned an outing to one of the pumpkin patches nearby.We loaded up Avery's wagon and headed to the farm. Avery had a lot of fun! They had all kinds of fun things for children to enjoy. Avery enjoyed the hay mountain. Her daddy took her all the way to the top! There was a hay maze and hayride too. She loved going thru the tunnels and walking thru the pumpkins. We all had a nice time seeing Avery have fun!
