We finally decided to enlarge our dining room. When we built this house over 12 years ago, we didnt think about wanting the dining to be any larger than it is now. But as our family is growing, we know we would enjoy more space for family gatherings at meal time! Mike plans to do most of the work himself. I'll post more pictures as the remodeling progresses.

A larger dining room sounds great. I love to gather around the table and talk after a delicious meal. As our girls were growing up around the table was our best talks each evening sharing what everyone had done that day. Today not many families eat around the table and that takes away "family time"
