While Raegan was napping, I let Avery do a craft. We made everyone a snowglobe. They turned out really cute!

Christmas Cookies

So happy to have Avery and Raegan here for a few days! They had a lot of fun making Christmas cookies with me. Sure missed our Maity though!

It's party time!!

We didn't let the rain put a damper on celebrating Raegan's third birthday! Aaron and Erin threw her a family party here at our home. Shopkins was the theme of the day. Raegan had so much fun with her cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents, and great grandparents. We enjoyed hamburgers, hotdogs, along with a shopkins cake and ice cream. Happy Birthday Raegan! You light up our lives!

Raegan Turns 3!!

Wow, seems like just yesterday we were at the hospital waiting for your arrival! Our little tootiebug is getting so big! We love you so much Raegan! You bring so much joy to our lives! Hope you have a very happy "shopkins" birthday sweet girl!!

Christmas Throwback

This is a picture of the kids a few years ago! Aaron was chosen to play Santa in his second grade Christmas play at school. He was probably 7 or 8 years old, and Ashley was 10 or 11. Time sure flies!

Thanksgiving 2016

What a wonderful Thanksgiving we had here at home! The food, family and fun were abound! So glad to have Mom, Lilly and See, along with Mike and Annette. Of course Ashley, Shaun and the girls were here. Aaron had to work and Erin and Raegan spent the day with her family, but I was so thrilled they came up the next  day and ate leftovers with us! It was a blessed time!

Shadowbox

I've been wanting to make a shadowbox of my GrandOllie's things for a long time And I finally got it done! It was fun working on it. My Mom gave me some of GrandOllie's tatting she had made, and it was just enough to go around the edge of the box, I just love it!  Included in the box are her curling iron, jewelry that I always thought was so pretty when I was a young girl, her thimble, old buttons from her button box, thread from her sewing machine, an old recipe she had written down, and one of her pretty little handkerchiefs. I told my brother I would make him one with some of Grandad's things.
